No Training on Your Data

Your emails are never used to train AI models. Classification happens in real-time and results are discarded after processing.

Encrypted at Rest

All stored email metadata is encrypted with AES-256. OAuth tokens are encrypted separately. We never store your email passwords.

Minimal Data Sent

Only email metadata (subject, sender, snippet) is sent to the AI for classification — not full email bodies unless you request a summary.

Delete Anytime

Request full data deletion at any time. We purge all your data within 30 days, no questions asked.

Bring Your Own Key

Use your own API key so AI requests go directly to your provider account — InflowMail never sees the request content.

Disable AI Anytime

AI features are optional. Turn off classification, summaries, or smart replies independently from your account settings.

Does AI read all my emails?
AI processes email metadata (sender, subject, snippet) for classification and priority scoring. Full email bodies are only sent to AI when you explicitly request a thread summary or smart reply. No email content is stored by the AI provider or used for training.
Can I disable AI features?
Yes. You can disable AI classification, smart replies, daily briefings, and thread summaries independently from your account settings. InflowMail works perfectly well as a unified inbox without any AI features enabled.
Which AI models does InflowMail use?
By default, InflowMail uses Claude by Anthropic (claude-haiku-4-5) for fast, accurate classification. You can switch to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini), Google Gemini (gemini-2.0-flash), or xAI Grok from your organization settings. Each provider offers different strengths — try them and see which works best for you.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your email data is never used to train any AI models. All AI providers we work with (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) have zero-retention API policies — your data is processed and immediately discarded. If you bring your own API key, requests go directly to your provider account under your terms.
How accurate is the AI priority scoring?
Our AI achieves 99.2% accuracy on priority classification. It learns from your behavior over time — when you override a priority, that feedback improves future predictions. You can also create custom rules that always override AI decisions for specific senders or domains.
