When connecting email accounts, you must comply with the terms of service of those providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). InflowMail acts as an authorized application accessing your email on your behalf through OAuth. We do not store your email provider passwords.
InflowMail includes AI-powered features for email classification, summarization, reply suggestions, and automation. By using these features, you agree to the following:
If you choose to use your own AI provider API key (Bring Your Own AI), you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service and any associated costs. InflowMail stores your API key in encrypted form and uses it solely to make AI requests on your behalf.
Email rules you create are fully user-controlled and run locally on our servers without AI involvement. Your rules always take priority over AI classification. You are responsible for the rules you create and their effects on your email organization.
The free tier includes basic features with limitations on connected accounts and AI usage. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.
Our IP: InflowMail, its logo, features, and content are owned by LTC Labs, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your emails and data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LTC LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTC Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We may also terminate accounts inactive for 12+ months.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. Class actions are waived.
