Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InflowMail ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

InflowMail is an email management platform that allows you to:

• Connect multiple email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) into a unified inbox
• View, search, and manage emails across all connected accounts
• Use AI-powered features for email classification, summaries, and automation
• Send emails through your connected accounts

3. Account Registration

To use InflowMail, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Send spam, phishing emails, or malware through the Service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage
• Violate the terms of your connected email providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

5. Email Provider Terms

When connecting email accounts, you must comply with the terms of service of those providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). InflowMail acts as an authorized application accessing your email on your behalf through OAuth. We do not store your email provider passwords.

6. AI Features & Data Processing

InflowMail includes AI-powered features for email classification, summarization, reply suggestions, and automation. By using these features, you agree to the following:

AI Processing

• AI classification uses email metadata (sender, subject, date) by default. Full email body content is processed by AI only when you explicitly request features that require it (e.g., reply generation, summaries).
• AI processing is performed by third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini) subject to their respective terms of service and data processing agreements.
• Your email content is not used to train AI models. AI providers process your data solely to return results and do not retain it for model improvement purposes.
• AI-generated content (classifications, summaries, suggested replies) is provided as-is and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it.

Bring Your Own AI

If you choose to use your own AI provider API key (Bring Your Own AI), you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service and any associated costs. InflowMail stores your API key in encrypted form and uses it solely to make AI requests on your behalf.

Email Rules

Email rules you create are fully user-controlled and run locally on our servers without AI involvement. Your rules always take priority over AI classification. You are responsible for the rules you create and their effects on your email organization.

7. Subscription & Billing

Free Tier

The free tier includes basic features with limitations on connected accounts and AI usage. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: InflowMail, its logo, features, and content are owned by LTC Labs, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your emails and data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we'll notify you in advance when possible)
• Emergency security updates
• Infrastructure failures beyond our control
• Email provider outages (Gmail, Microsoft, etc.)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTC Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We may also terminate accounts inactive for 12+ months.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. Class actions are waived.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LTC Labs.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
