What's in the 14-day free trial?
When you sign up you get 14 days of the full experience — no credit card required. Connect up to 5 email accounts, use the complete AI assistant (it drafts and sends for you), priority classification, delegates, and 5-year searchable history. When the trial ends your accounts stay and you move to Free (the assistant switches to draft-only) — or build a paid plan anytime to keep sending and add more accounts.
What's a "conversation"?
One back-and-forth with the assistant — you ask something ("find the invoice from Acme and draft a reply"), it searches, reads, and responds. On any paid plan conversations are unlimited, so you never have to count them. The 20/month figure only applies to the free plan, as a taste.
Is the AI assistant really unlimited on paid?
Yes — every paid plan includes unlimited assistant conversations, no per-use charges and nothing to track. Use it as much as it helps. (We apply a generous fair-use ceiling only to stop runaway automated abuse; normal human use never comes close.) On Free, the assistant pauses after 20 conversations until the 1st.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, anytime. Tweak any slider in your billing settings — the changes apply on your next billing cycle. No surprise mid-month charges, no penalty for downsizing.
What if my mailbox has tons of video attachments?
Storage is a soft cap. When you exceed it, older attachment bytes are dropped locally and we fetch them live from your email provider (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP) when you open them. You never hit "out of space." Your provider is the system of record.
What's a delegate?
A delegate is someone you trust to access your email on your behalf — an executive assistant, spouse, business partner. They get their own secure login but can view, reply, and manage your emails as if they were you. Read-or-write access per account, full audit trail, instant revoke.
