App Password Required

Gmail / Google Workspace requires an app-specific password instead of your regular account password. This is a security feature that lets you grant limited access to third-party apps.

These email domains use Gmail / Google Workspace's servers and will be automatically detected by InflowMail:

Requires App Password if 2FA is enabled. Enable IMAP in Gmail settings.

How to Connect Gmail / Google Workspace to InflowMail

  1. 1 Create an InflowMail account or sign in to your existing account.
  2. 2 Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Add Account.
  3. 3 Select Gmail / Google Workspace and sign in with your Gmail / Google Workspace account. We use OAuth — we never see your password.
  4. 4 Your emails will start syncing immediately. The initial sync may take a few minutes for large mailboxes.
